The above Federal Per Diem rate is based upon the current Federal Rate. Hotel agrees to honor this per diem rate for both State and Federal employees with proper identification until such time as the contracted number of per diem rooms have been sold and at that time, the rate will revert to the negotiated Group rate until the Group block has sold out. Hotel's room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check-out.
